- This new version is only available for PatientNow clients utilizing the cloud product and is available as of February 1, 2022. Practices will receive a notification of the date in which you are scheduled to receive this update. It is important that you completely exit out of PatientNow at the end of the day before receiving your update.

    This intuitive drag and drop template builder allows practices to create their own branded mobile responsive templates. Pre-created templates are also available for starters. These emails can be personalized using merge tags and are also available to be used throughout the system.

  • Fixed an issue with the Sales Tax report timing out if a practice has sufficient volume
  • Fixed an issue with processing partial CareCredit payments
  • Fixed an issue where an appointment could be rescheduled to a resource that cannot accept that type of appointment
  • Fixed an issue with canceling a reschedule of multiple appointments
  • Fixed an issue where users are able to apply a payment to an insurance invoice if there is no product or procedure
  • Fixed an issue where the number of appointments is calculating incorrectly on the Appointment Totals report
